Please help, character not found

When trying to log in as my favourite char, I get the error message:

ERROR
Connection was stopped by the server
Reason:The character was not found
Character:Krazen

My character profile is still intact, and he still exists...I just can't appear to use him.
I can log on as my other character just fine. It's just my orc that has a problem.
I'm pretty sure I haven't done anything wrong.

Any help is much appreciated.

Oops, my bad. It appears I had forgotten to write his last name. Disregard!
