*spots the fancy note and walks over and reads it. A shocked look is stamped on his face when he does, and he quickly jots the note down on the paper he was studying and walks away, a large smile on his face.*

A person dressed in red approaches the notice and attaches a note to it

"It will begin in 0 dwarven minutes"

The person approaches the notice again, crosses out the number and scribbles down a new one

Approaching for the third time, the person makes another correction, then mutters to himself about doing favours for other people

And for a forth time, a last adjustment has been made
