I think you mean accept? Well anyways, please note that no GM will throw your character a birthday party, if you want one you will have to organize it yourself. We can provide the tables, chairs and fires but that's it.

edit: plus the 24th bras is on the 9th of December, it is a little early to plan and announce that, don't you think?

Oh Ok its just it will be on the elven festival of fire so i thought make it a player quest

Still, player quest means that you organize it and not that you tell the GMs what to organize/do. And still, it is only September and as I said your quest would be in December. This is three RL months, a little early to announce.

yeah i know but better than being too late and i did put it as a player quest but it is still pending

Ask again in december and any GM will gladly activate your event.
