Library?

Is it me or does the woman in the library never EVER move :S ?

I think you mean the gnome? Well, just like most NPCs, this one never moves, that's correct.

Ok its just she is stuck in the walking position thats all

Thanks for pointing out. It is a known issue for years that for many avatars, the wrong frame of animation was chosen to display a standing character. This will be fixed sooner or later.
