On behalf of my superiousness i am ordered to proclaim,
my person had to suffer an attempted assault,
avoiding an awkward outcome only by almost exceeding my measures.

The man threathening me named himself something like
Sagwynore Ravenshire, though i am not clearly sure of that,
was quite tall for a tall man
and had black hair and a scar
and two short swords and a metal carapace
and creepy big horns on his helmet.

He declared to be a minion of the Temple.

With the prolonged absence of our founder and current leader Jhon Sivan, it has become apparent that some changes to the governing of The New Union are required.

I urge all active members to notify Eleanor D'woise of their name and profession in preparation for an important upcoming Union meeting. Some topics to be discussed include:

A new governing body
Renovations and Construction
Possible treaties
Defence and security
Co-operative pricing of goods

I urge all members to spread the word to those not actively watching the boards and to make all efforts to attend the meeting. A positive date is yet to be set but we expect to know within a dwarven week or so.

Translation of the chairman's announcement/Übersetzung der Ankündigung des Vorsitzenden:

Durch die andauernde Abwesenheit des Gründers und derzeitigen Leiters der Union, Jhon Sivan, ist deutlich geworden, dass eine Änderung der Verwaltung der Neuen Union notwendig ist.

Ich fordere hiermit alle aktiven Mitglieder auf, Ealeanor D'Woise in Vorbereitung eines baldigen, wichtigen Treffens über ihren Namen und Beruf zu informieren. Einige Themen die diskutiert werden müssen sind:

eine neue Verwaltungsform
Renovierungen und Bauvorhaben
mögliche Bündnisse und Verträge
Verteidigung und Sicherheit
Kooperative Preisgestaltung für unsere Güter

Ich fordere alle Mitglieder dazu auf, dies an alle zu verbreiten, die nicht aktiv das Brett beobachten und ihr möglichstes zu tun um zum Treffen zu erscheinen. Ein endgültiger Termin steht noch nicht fest, sollte aber innerhalb einer Zwergenwoche bekanntgegeben werden.

As I crossed the bridge into Union lands today I spotted blood nearby.

I encourage all members to report any danger or attacks on this wall or send me a dove with the details. This is to warn others of possible threats and as a record of esculating threats to the union.

A halfling wearing a robe and covered hands atttempted to rob Jhon Sivan at the union today. Later a halfling did rob Rachael Mowsbey at the union and fits the same description. Yvanna spotted a halfling in Bane hiding behind some bushes with a cloth covering his face a little while before this.

Be wary of any strange halflings about. But please dont attack me by mistake.

Please be aware that it is against Union rules to leave the doors unlocked. Several times I have found the upper door left unlocked and even open. We may not be able to keep every unwelcomed guest out but at least some of them. Locked doors are a deterrent, please do your part.

We have an outstanding order to be filled for Roland. (sorry I dont know his full name.)

I have several members working on it but we need more . Each member will recieve 2 copper per seed and the balance will be used for union needs. Please support your union and send me a dove if you can contribute.

5500 Onion seeds - 675 = 4825
4500 Carrot seeds - 2725 = 1775
4500 Cabbage seeds - 4500 = 000
3500 Tomato seeds - 1750 = 1750

We especially need help with carrot seeds and onion seeds. This order is way past due because of communication mixups, please send me a dove if you can help. All seeds should be passed on to Saigwin atleast Once per dwarven week.

It has been noted that our gaurds have at times been training on the fields and near the statue. Also they have picked crops to eat. These matters have been resolved and all training while on duty will take place near the firepit or sheep pen.

As a sign of our appreciation I have pledged to supply The scarlet Falcons with a weekly food cache. Also When on duty in the union each gaurd should be provided some food as a show of support and gratitude. These people are laying their lives down for our protection. Please treat them accordingly.

As such I will produce what food I can for these purposes but I need help. If you can provide ingredients or even cook a little please let me know.

Tirrend is welcome back in the union provided the new armor he has that resulted in his attacking Rhoden, does not cause harm to others in the union grounds or other members.

All members should avoid planting onions for the moment as the seeds seem to have a rotting desease.

As of today all hostilities toward the Union by the Temple should be ended. After a meeting with the Temple Leader, Verdazar, he assured me that the Temple sees no threat from the Union and therefore will not take action against us. I hope this lasts and we can live in peace.

Furthermore any Temple members seeking to trade with our members are welcome to do so. That being said, it is the right of all members of the Union to choose whether they wish to do so or not. In the name of peace I urge all members to be curteous and fair to Temple members.

In addition, Johan Brown, or John as he likes to be called, has been acting on his own in his transgressions against our members and the tresspassing he has carried out. In hopes of ending this, I urge Union members to be curteous to him if they can. However if he fails to stay out of the Union building or he harasses any Union members in anyway this will stop and we will take action against him.

The uinion grounds as always are open for use by anyone provided Union members are not using them. If a member wishes to use a tool or field they must be given the room to do so as soon as the current crop is harvested or seeds collected and in the case of tools the current item completed.

The Union Building is off limits to anyone not in the Union unless escorted by a member of the union. All tresspassers will be asked to leave and if they refuse further action will be taken as we see fit.

For the time being The door of the union will be left UNLOCKED So that members that are still waiting for new keys can escape from the Madness Mummies that have been plaging the countryside lately.

For those that don't know...Madness mummies can not be killed at night, they only multiply when you try to kill them. For this reason, it is safer to get inside and close the door if you can or use the ladder as the undead can not use them. Once the sun comes up the mummies can be killed as normal mummies.
