It involves looking at the RGB of your skill colour and how it changes w.r.t. skill. You're not supposed to do that though

I think Matt transcended to a level where he can actually "smell" or "feel" the status of skill progression, rather than having to bother with the RGB-stuff..

Then again, he's about the last person whom I'd consider as a representative of the "average players".

Yeah but that formula doesn't work so nowadays you use known values (e.g. the red value of every 5 levels is documented

Or you can train a single skill and count the swirlies.

I think you'd lose track of how many swirlies you've counted and which one was in which skill by the time you have 95, 95, 90, 85

You could just get them all to 100 and when your bar stops changing, then you know.
