Greetings,
I propose that any type of axe have the ability to cut down trees. Currently only the most basic axe can cut down trees...this does not make sense and is not too contributive to RP. Why not have it so that all axes (long axe, dwarven axe...) can have this use too? Afterall they are all axes, and it's not like it is being suggested that swords be able to cut down trees.
Thank you,

well maybe, but the long and war axe are so huge you could cut down a tree from like two squares away that and they are weapons and no weapons are able to break right now, i think thats probobly why.
i think this is planned for the future probobly. i mean the weapons/armor/shield breaking. also i think this is a good idea because the harder to make items could have a less chance of breaking therefor smiths could sell more than armor/weapons and occasional tools and different weapons would be more demanded.
IMPORTANT if they make the armor to break there needs to message that "You hear your armor cracking" which means that yu need to shift ass and get out of whereever you are and you have about a few more hits left till it breaks completely or else it wil be very very bad.
yes that way at least you have a chance to repair it before it breaks, but then good blacksmiths could just repair their armor out in the middle of nowhere. we should have to blacksmith near a anvil.
I think this is a great idea because than the demand for armour and wepons will be better because everyone now only needs one and that way there is a lot more trade... I am for this IDEA!!!
Yes to the breaking of weapons and armour, no to using war axes for chopping down trees. Who would use normal axes if you could use other ones?
Ever heard of some dwarf with a whopping great axe that is specifically designed for battle and that he takes great care of using it to chop down a mere tree?
