My skills

Help!
For no reason at all, one of my skills as just disappeared and others have gone down I think. The skill that is now no more in my character Elaralith was the magic rune 'jus' which I had mastered previously. Various skills I think have gone down too for no reason at all...I have not died or done anything irregular at all. I logged on as usual and looked in my skills and there was no 'jus' and other skills were lower. If someone could fix this for me by restoring Elaralith's skills that would be great because it is really frustrating to spend so much time developing a character's skills only to have them vanish/lower suddenly without warning for no reason at all...Thank you in advance!

Just PM Serpardum explaining the time you were last one with full skills, and the time you logged on with lower skills.
