Mining proposal

I was thinking about dangers in mining and the idea came to me: cave-ins or diseases. I posted about it before and someone said i should suggest it in here.

well at this time mines are on land so cave ins wouldnt be a possibilty, and diseases would be a little harsh and probably hard to implement, maybe?

erm, how could you get a disease from mining, it's not like your going to dig up anthrax or something.

And before you mention it no to fatigue, it's already been mentioned somewhere else.

There are many things that you could come across when mining... The soil just under the surface is a prime breeding ground for bacteria of all sorts.

or your lungs could get cloged from teh dust. there is a form of cance, i cant think of the name now, but minders used to get it...

actually pneumenoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is a mining disease. Its also one of the longest words in the dictionary.

Agh! If we have Diseases in mineshafts there wont be anyone who would even want to think about mining in mines. There are already only about 1.5% of the whole Illarion Population mining in Shafts and I think thatmost of those are Dwarves. So I say forget it.

mining disease? no. this is well, unless your mining coal, almost not true you could always wear a rag over your mouth to stop dust. mines would be quite cool but as the illa terrian is now you would need to make a ladder going into the ground which we do have. also the gems/gold in caves/underground places would be much better that way people accually use silverbrand, not that noone uses it but right now it has almost no use.
