Mental fatigue?

I recieved the notice that I seriously needed mental rest. Ok does this mean I am going crazy in the game or does this mean I need down time if so does it mena I log off or just can't do anything for a while?

It means that you need a rest because without you won't learn anymore.
Take the time for roleplay. :wink:
