Roleplaying question
I noticed in choosing my character with their different professions there were different attributes and descriptions that accompanied these attributes. Now are we supposed to limit our characters within those attributes, IE beign easily persuaded, vs Strong willed etc. Also for those of us like me for instance (Ranger) Is there a for better lack of terms a set of guides or rules that the rangers in the game are supposed to follow to keep with the roleplaying Genre. Or is this basiclly up to the individual.
Classes are just there as a guidance. You can take the 'archer' class and then change your mind and become a carpenter. Nobody is going to kill you.
Attributes however play an important part of what your character's (Mechanic) profession will be. However what you choose to call yourself is all RPed/RPable, and is ENTIRELY an IG matter.
For example a fighter can call himself a knight. He can join a knighthood, and he is bound by the rules of the knighthood (see guilds). He can prefer to think that the character makes a better barbarian, and sees if there's a guild of them, or joins up other barbarians into their own guild.
