Battle Arena

Hello,
I would like to make a battle arena where people of all races are welcome to come show their skill... It will be held this and every Saturday night 10:00 Pm GMT time at the circle of stones in the forest... To register Post here and what devison you want to fight in...There will be 2 divisons Fighters and Mages... You can also gamble on the winner of the match. It will cost 100 gold a person to fight. Free to watch... I would also like a staff of people to keep watch for snipers you all will be paid... please post if interested.

Rules:
Must show what Wepon(s) they will be using
Must show Aurmor also
Only 1 shield allowed to make it a little fair
You can only knock them out...Killing is not allowed and they will be discollavide if they do.
We will have a strong mage on hand to heal the wonded... I would like Drathe or Crosis to do this if they would.
Mages can not use wepons other than their Wand... No flames please.

Winners:
Winners of each Divsion will revive half the earning of the Tourny.

An exellent idea, Dunthor! Where will this battle arena be held?

((Remember when we took Bumbol on? Then I was killed one-thousand fold by Grof? Good times...dueling on Illarion is actually fun now that you realistically go unconcious rather than be slain.))

Hmm... Xerake, I believe Dunthor did say that the battle arena was going to be in the circle of stones in the forest.

This is a really good idea. When I become a little stronger I will definitely participate.

I think this is great idea, you may want a more experienced mage that can revive the dead. Also you could hire some druids to sell mana potions and health potions at these events.

((I think you should change the name, Illarion Battle Arena really doesn't make sense.))

good idea I will be selling normal health potions and Manna and beer.

IMPORTANT!!! NO POTIONS OTHER THAN MANNA WILL BE USED IN THIS TOURNY.

Seth Valor likes the idea, yet thinks sometimes it is hard to hurt people. He doesnt like killing, unless it is necessary. He thinks the sport of fighting is dangerous, yet amusing.
Dear Dunthor,
I like this idea. Yet, some people may not stop at the unconscious stage. Some people will carry on and compltely kill many people. Deaths i dont like. Also, only the strong people will fight at this. Meaning, that if you are a weak fighter, you will most likely lose, or worst, die.
((sometimes its hard to unlock your attacking once they are unconscious))
Also, dunthor, i would like this, althought there is an arena, we should make a nice one. One that is very nice....with forged walls and the likes. ((semi- like the collesium would be cool.....heh))

Seth that is way I have have strong mages on hand... Also I will pare up the strong fighters with the strong and weak with weak... I will try my best at doing that.

Dunthor, I truely like this idea. Yet another thing I shall have to train for... Oh, but might I suggest. To make it easier on your part, and better for the crowd in my opinion. Have the fighters divide up in to three classes. Something such as 'Novice', 'Warrior', 'Gladiator', or something related. Have them go in order and work its way up to he big boy fightin'. I also believe it would be more fair. You could do something with the mages if you wish... I hope to participate in this event some time... Farewell!

Drogla You can sell bargon master potions/items at intermission... I will be throwing my hat into the ring...Next Battle arnea there will be classes though but not this up comming one.

I absoluletly love this idea. I will of course be in. Not as a gladiator... But I would also want team matches.... remember Dunthor.... You, Xerake and myself have a rumble to finish.

Hmmm...in such events that will be staged in this "Battle Arena"...I am certain there will be many injuries as a consequence. I will be there to provide any who need it with my healing services...Take care!

Um.....Bumble....I dont think the circle of stones ((south east of the town)) are big enough for team battles. You would understand when you see them.

Thanks Elaraith we will need your help alot Yes bumbol iam thinking or grain outlining for a double person match... Well I will have the think of that... Register ends saturday moring at Noon GMT time. 6Am central... Before the event I will post who fights who... We also need more mages... Thanks for everyone that will fight and god's strength.

gerald, I have been to the stone circle Dunthor is referring to. Not very small, but enough for a team of 3 people each to fight. I am pleased that Elararith is providing us with your healing spells. I have Nilo will come and join as well, as I would also like to have Bloodhearte and other mages to join... I am sure Crosis wants some challengers.

I would be very happy to participate in this tournament dunthor. I am wanting to fight a bit....might be interesting.

Dunthor, I would be more than happy to be a healer or battlemage, but I'm not strong enough to revive spirits...bodies and ash are one thing, but in their spirit form is another...agh. It takes skill with mes pen, something I don't have much skill at.

I think that a multi-man team battle fight would be too uncomfortable considering we would be all cramped up in a little circle of rocks. Unless you were to find a better, BIGGER, spot to fight these fights, than I dont think there should be team battles.

I was thinking about the library roof because there is a box for the auddience and We could put pots on the edges so no one falls off and if someone dies and cant revive the cross is right there.
