Question about Noobia& Site in English

I´m not quite new here, I fear, but recently two questions popped up in my mind.

What are the keywords (English and German) for the lizard at the cross at noobia?
I was introducing someone I know to Illa, but finally did expain the cross-thing myself.

Second Question would be, how do I get the Illa-site in english, especially the online-profiles for the chars?

I was going to point out the flags but they seem to have been removed.

Personally if I view it in german I get the message

i sent a char through noobia a while ago, if i recal you have to be excessively specific about that pillar

something like what a beautiful pillar or something, basically EXACTLY what the lizardperson tells you to say

Ya, I wanted to rework that NPC a while ago...

However if you ask for "help" he'll say that you have to ask for the coloumn of revival.

I better add the American spelling and "pillar" and and...
