Level Building - GM reply this plz, i need info on it

I was informed by Latharan that there are such people as 'Level builders' After speaking for some time about it, i have decided that i want to try to build levels for Illarion, i am aware that the map editor cannot be used untill the new server is up but still i want to become one, i really enjoy building stuff, especially when people enjoy using it and talk of how great it is...I just wanted to know if there is a slither of a chance i might be able to become one...
Could a gm please reply or someone with the relevent information i need...

At the moment, there are no people that are "level builders", and we don't know if we need people for that job. But if we do, we will ask for someone who wants to do the job.
