Crash In Kubuntu 8.04

When i run in my console

javaws illarion_client.jnlp

After Installing when i log and press play says that message

Error
Unable to find screen display mode: 1024x768 at 24

the error.log file says :
Illarion Client V1.11 started Tue Jan 06 13:14:39 CET 2009
VM: 1.6.0_07
OS: Linux 2.6.24-22-generic
Fatal error: Unable to find screen display mode: 1024x768 at 32
Terminating client!

I have launched before many graphical aplications with java. That required 3D. And having no problem.

There is a settings file in the folder you set up at installation called "Illarion.cfg"

If you open it you have a option there
displayColorDepth16=0

you have to play a little with that option since I don't know the correct setting.

Try:
displayColorDepth16=1
and
displayColorDepth16=2
and
displayColorDepth16=24
