Button is Missing-- Sighn up page

The "create account" button was not there. There was text, but no button.

I tried it on three different computers. Two had the client and one did not, all three had the Java program, only one of the computers was running Windows Vista- on that one I tried before and after downloading the client- and the other two were XP. The button simply wasn't there! I'm really frustrated!

The button is labeled "Send Registration"(or it would be if it were there!). My mistake.
