The Shadow((Open RP))

An elf stands by the gate of Trolls Bane. He wears a brown priest robe, black pant and a black shirt. His sapphire eyes pierce threw the fog. His long black hair hanging to his waist flowing in a breeze. In his hands he holds a staff that has waves in the air around it and blue shimmers can be seen as well. It has a smooth oak handle with odd symbols carved into it.Perched atop is a faintly glowing crystal orb.
He spots something within the shadows of the gate.

Elf:Who's there?

Suddenly spinning around the shadow quickly dashes away.

When the elf turns back,another much taller elf is standiong there with his eyes the same color as the fog around them.He is standing there smiling at the shorter elf and laughing.He holds out a goblet of mead for the elf and another one for himself.They utter a small prayer and down the goblets.

Tall elf:What might you be doing here on a night like this brother?Tall elf says this while spinning his hammer in his hands.

The smaller elf looks up smiling.As he drinks the mead.

Elf: Hello Maeglin. I was going to leave for Tol Vanima to visit the alter. But I am not sure I should be going anywhere tonight.....

The elf Glances back to the place the shadow was only moments ago.

Elf:Smithing again?

A fairy watches the pair from the trees. His soft golden curls atop his small, angled face. HIs emerald eyes gaze towards the pair of elves. His wing move gently stirring the fog. Knowing he is dificult to see, he stands with confidence watching the elves all the while wondering what they have seen in the fog.

The elf looks around feeling as if he is being watched and quickly reaturns his attention to the other elf.

The tall elf looks derectly into the fairy's eyes but says nothing and slightly undoes the buckle holding his ornate dagger in place and then he looks back to the shorter elf who doesnt notice a thing.

Maeglin:Yes Aldan I have been doing some smithing lately but not much as to my duties to the church.I was making the poor something but its secret so I cant tell you yet.I wouldn't recomend going to tol vanima now.The weather has been acting quite weird lately.Lets go shall we?

The elves start walking toward the southern woods and as they are Maeglin pretends to drop something and sets down a goblet of mead with a note under it.the note reads:Fairy address your self by meeting us in the center of the southern woods.I'll be waiting.

Aldan looks back at the goblet and notices the letter but pays it little mind. As the walk through the forest he glances back over his shoulder noticing the shadow following them. His eyes seem to glint in the darkness as the shadow vanishes.

Waits till the elves are out of sight before gently drifting from the tree towards where they where standing. He lands and looks to where the elves went. Looking around calmly in the fog he walks quietly over to the goblet pulling his fairy style grey coat around him. He tilts the goblet with a hand and slides the note out with his bare foot. He picks it up and reads it. He utters a quite
"Huh..."
When he reads the note. He folds the letter and slips it into his coat before tipping the goblet back and drinking, all the while looking towards the swirling mists that mark the elves passage. After a few minutes he picks the goblet up and flys back to the center of Bane. He seems to vanish into the fog with little effort soon after.

A goblin, in a long black cloak follows the elves from a distance, a small dagger in one hand. He suddenly coughs,and knowing this may alert the elves,he rushes behind a tree.
He Whispers to himself,breathing heavily.
Dont wants to get caughts nows does us Grishy?

The taller elf spins around and wips throwing stars at the goblin who he heard quite clearly and undoes his dagger from his belt and unsheaths his poisoned serenjha sword.

Elf:who might thy coward be trieng to assinate my brother and I?For thy will die by my hand if they dont reveal themselves and show hostility towards us.

The elf's eyes look the color of the fog again and he sees the goblins outline behind the tree.

Elf continues:Show thyself come out from behind the tree with your hands ontop of your head and dagger in belt.

The goblin Gulps,he sighs and sheaths his dagger and puts his hands on his head,sobbing slightly

Goblin: Mes not doins nutting! no harms Grishy! dont kills innocent Grish!wes just uhms.. Wes not tryings to kills anyones!

The goblin breathes heavily, he seems as if he might make a run for it, but he might not.

The taller elf nods to the goblin and sceptic glance.He whips throwing stars at him and hits him in the feet so many times that he cant run away.The elf takes out his Poison Serenjha sword and holds the tip to his neck.

Elf:Who are you,Who sent you,And what were you going to attack us for?

The goblin squeels in terror,He says shakingly

Mes..Nobodies sent mes! mes not going to attack yous..in truths mes was just gunna steal yous money and shiny tings..not kills us!

The goblin looks to his feet, he notices the stars didnt actually hit his feet, they just went through his boots having locked him in place.

The taller elf notices he that the goblin notices how he made it look like he missed and then sees blood erupt from the areas where the stars hit.The elf also wipes blood that he got on his shoes onto the grass and places 3 stars into the goblins hand.

The elf takes out bandages and starts to wrap the goblins feet.

When im done with this Ill give you something if you promise to give up your theiving ways.Do thy promise?

The elf takes out the stars and hands him 2 silver and 50 copper.

The elf:This should tie you over for now and take this also.

The elf hands him some bread and sausage wrapped in black cloth,and also some new clothes.

Elf:May the five forgive you and walk with you Brother.

The two elves start to walk away again.

The elf sheaths his sword and dagger and downs some dwarven beer,Then he hands some beer over to the other elf.
