Hello, I have a graphic to share with you all, but how do I upload it from my computer to this page?

Um i dont think you can, you'll need to upload them onto a website server such as geocities, angelfire etc. Then put the url here. And mess with the image function and you'll have a picture.

Uhh, I will have to get a geocities site then, but i dont know a thing about html to make it. I will probably do it tomorrow, my brothers are web page making expert people

Since you're using geocities you might want to do the following:

-dont have any spaces in the filename
-dont have any other characters such as ! ~ " % ... etc in a file name, its a lot easier and you wont get many errors that way.
-for easy reference have one webpage for all your pics so you and everyone else will know where to go like i did with my pictures - http://www.geocities.com/meep814/illarion/extras

-have all picture files that are high in resolution which are large and high in colors in *.jpeg format and simple or small pictures *.gif format
-it will accept zipped *.zip files, but not necessary

You can use frontpage to create a webpage if you dont know HTML. Geocities also offers its own program called the Page Builder its really simple hope I helped enough

sure i could post it but its an illarion community and members have free access to post messages photos link ect. a membership is free you just need a yahoo account.

Okay, I put my Orcen Shield in the weapons page, how do I get the image to appear here?

Ps. It looks better smaller than I made it. I think the green bit in the middle is slightly off center, but you wouldnt notice it if it was the In Game size.

well you can see it i checked. just go to photos,then click on the weapons folder.

All i can see is one of those boxes with a red square in the middle.............. if you need to upload try http://www.speedis.org thats what i use for the Guilds website pictures.

My bro made it work, the image was called image.GIF and you cant have caps on it, so he renamed it.

Well it worked but the on properties it says size not available.

the shield doesn't look bad, but it can't be used in illarion since it is rendered using a totally incorrect perspective.

the camera veiw is wrong, you need to veiw it from the right side isometric, how things look in the game, they are not flat, you could see the side of the shield to see how thick it is. grish if you really want the shield i can make it in a few min. just email me the materials.

Just the lighting reminds me of the glass effect from Eye Candy 4000.

Anyways, maybe you could try making one without using anti-aliasing. Right now, it has a pink halo around it on any other colour background.

How could I change the angle it is viewed at to make it fit the game? I use PSP7 by the way.

i don't know what to say. don't you play illarion?
all items, persons etc. in illarion use a certain perspective which is obvious from simply looking at a screenshot.
your shield e.g. wouldn't fit into these screenshots.

this was mentioned about two million times on this board, this is obvious from the game, this is mentioned in the graphics-FAQ.
what else can i do? produce a t-shirt saying: "use the same perspective!" and running around wearing it?
i'm tired of explaining the same things over and over again. i expect people to see themselfes what will fit in and what will not. it's like"what, 'ugurhh tuuustz mahhheii' is not an english sentence? can you explain that to me?"

i won't.
just use your eyes.

ps.: PSP is a 2d-program. it will be difficult (but not impossible) to create 3d-objects using it. an item which needs days in psp can be created within seconds using a 3d-application, so i am not sure if this is a good way of spending ones weekends...
