I'm not sure what custom lookat is :S Can someone help me please?

Items with "custom" descriptions can be seen by clicking (or examine) on a character, e.g. "... wears a blue coat with the sign of Trolls Bane Town Guard ...". That's my understanding. Not sure if its correct.

correct. E.g.
"He wears a green robe with the coat of arms of Troll's Bane on the back"

"She has a Medal of Courage of Varshikar at her belt."

Just buy one and you'll be THE sensation.
