Cant Create New Character. Please help

Hello,
This is my first time playing illarion. I have created an account but when i tryed to create a character

. i got to the step 1, 2 & 3 page but when i clicked step 1 the screen goes darker and a box drops down in the top left hand corner but then it dissapears. there is also a message on the bottom left hand side in the window that says error on page. plese help i really would like 2 play this game.

I think you may be using Internet Explorer. The page does not support it, try using Mozzila or something else.

Just the older browser like IE6 or old firefox versions still don't work on the new account system.

Update your browser version and you should have no more problems.
