Problems creating character

Post by silverfox »

I'm trying to create my first character, but I can't access step 2. It keeps showing the little pop up saying 'loading or cancel' even when I have it open for a long time. I've waited over 30 miniutes allready.

Try going back to the main characters page and accessing it that way. You should have a link so that you can proceed to step two.

I wasn't able to finish step 2 because of a wrong value for weight, which was displayed as "NaNkg". After setting the weight to a correct value by moving the slider I was able to finish this step. Maybe you should check this value before attempting to finish this step.

I tried the whole creating progress now with 4 different browsers and it basically works in all of them.

Does this problem still happen to you?
It it does: What browser do you use?

I was using Firefox 1.0.7 under Windows XP. The first time "NaNkg" appeared was when I was trying to enter the weight instead of using the sliders. Later it appeared when I set the weight using the slider but was setting other values after that. When I scrolled up I saw "NaNkg". I used the slider again and was able to set the weight finally.

The firefox you use is more then 3 years old. I can't promise that anything will work in the intended way on such a old browser.
