I'm sorry Dracon but this has been asked many times before and the answer is always the same. This is something you should find out in the game and not on the forums. It's a major part of roleplaying a mage, learning how to cast each spell. Ask other mages in the game for a spell or two or even for them to take you in as an apprentice. There is also The Magic Academy if that is open and functioning I do not know, another guild based on teaching magic seems to be more of a group of powergamers who haven't grasped the full concept of roleplaying yet and if they prove they are are just so there's a good chance they could be disbanded, so be weary of any groups you decide to join or learn from.
