Inspired by a recent bug.
So, how about making the char autowalk to a location when clicking on the minimap, or the map? Those large distances to travel are a pain in the ass.

Well, first of I did not know that we have a new technical staff member named "Pellandria" who has the knowledge to declare anything as not possible.
Also I'd like to point out that its not the idea of that board to point out how to use any bugs to archive strange effects.
The problem of that autowalking is that the client doesn't know how the map looks like outside of the screen. While you could click on the map to tell the client the place you want to go to, the client will be not able to find a valid path to that position. Within the screen thats possible and implemented.
Formerly in the very old client that was possible, but only since the "pathfinding" was very very primitive and there was no real pathfinding. So it happend rather alot that the client just walked in any not passable item and stopped.
This way to walking was never implemented into the new client since it was considered as dirty.
So for now there will be no autowalk over a longer range.
