Poison arrows

Poison arrows first ingredient is apple wood, second is thread and third is 'bottle' - it used to be yellow potion (poison). I've never seen 'bottle' before. I don't look like a newb and there isn't a new item to make poison tiped arrows. Is this an error or have the materials to make them changed?
