"invalid session. please resubmit the form"

This has always been something that annoys me to no end. Whenever i try and post something on the forums, it gives me the message "invalid session. Please resubmit form" I dont know why it says that, or how to get it to stop saying it, but it annoys me. For example, all to often, ill write a leter or something, and it will take up maybe an hour of work sometimes. and then it gives me that message about a dozen times, and then logs off my forum name, deleting all the work. Eventually i get tired of it and have to save each message on 'notepad' and then it ussually will submit it as soon as i do that. Any way to get this to stop?

Edit: Took me 23 times to finally get this submitted... gets on your nerves fast, especially if you can only be on for abot 2 hours a day...

Try to write it in a textdocument first, then copy it in to the forum, just in case...

copying it is shorter than writing it all new, you know.
