If you are in the game and need to ask something try to stay in character. If that's not possible and you're really stuck then seek out someone to help you and whisper your question #w. If you have a particular question and cant find the answer using the search engine then here is a good place to ask it. I hope this helps. Above all try to have fun, in character of course.

I understand that you want to just jump right in.
But what would be the difference in reading the advice that people reply to your message or reading the advice that is already posted on the home page. Either way you got to read it before you do it.

Correct me if i am wrong but if you don't want to read the game guide then why did you make a post. You are going to end up reading any way

Ok, first it is best thing to do is read the guide, but if you are too lazy to do that (or maybe you are a bad reader) then you should ask around with the universial ooc marks (()). If no one is helping then do what i did. I read the guide, got on the game, forgot what i read, and just started pushing keys (i regret that

).

I don't want to read the rules again, but i don't know how to play online yet. for the past five days i have been reading about guilds, races, classes, etc. and i know it all like the back of my hand. HOW DO YOU PLAY ONLINE???????

Load down the client, open it and create a char while beeing connected to Inet. Than write an email to accounts@illarion.org with your charname and your password and than wait for the responding email, answer it and wait for your account (if accepted), after this you can play while opening illarion.exe and typping your charname and password in the form.

Than you have to wait, until you got a reply. It can maybe take up to a week, cause the person makes this in her free time.
After more than a week, maybe write another email and ask polite, if your email get loose or something else.

Your name for the char is like the name rules said?
You haven't send in two or more emails at the same time?
In these case, I think, the email get's no response.
