Problems emailing gamemaster

I followed links from the contact section on the main illarion page to try contact a gamemaster, i wanted to contact a gamemaster to ask about getting a second illarion account for my partner but when i pressed send it said invalid email address? i entered my email address correctly and i didnt get the option to enter any other email address so im not sure how it could be wrong? Am i supposed to request a second account somewhere else? Is it possible to get a second account for my partner if we live in the same house? We do have 2 computers but im not sure if that makes any difference.
