Well, there does seem to be more english threads on the forums, and last I heard, I think an english player had the top post count.

The Alexa System is not pretty... exactly in my point of view. You need to have a toolbar or something in your browser that transmitts the informations to Alexa.

There is a special "Alexa Toolbar" that does this. But the Transmitting part is included in a few other Toolbars as well.
And if you don't have such a toolbar you are not counted.
