need help!

i need someone to do some simple cut out things, preferably someone who already did this (adano?).

I can cut out objects i have Pains Shop Pro 7 and i know the thing about antialiasing and i will turn that off.

anti aliasing is not the problem, you can't do anything within PSP to antialias an already loaded image...

I know but whenever you manipulate a single pixel it will blend into ther surrounding by changing colors this affects transperiency in many applications.
