Arklari, doesn't sound like any word I know. And if it's not a word, it's acceptable. As long as it follows the other rules and suggestions (prounouncable, no tripple letters, etc...)
Unless it's a word in German, however. If it's a word in German it wouldn't be allowed.
Actually, it sounds like a very good name. Sounds like an Elven or Human name. Maybe even dwarven.
Doesn't sound too hobbitish, orc or lizardy though.

Paul! What kind of translator do you use! Its basic French...."Tu est..." means "You are..." not, "You is..."
