I have a question about the making of the characters... Are we making them now or are we going to wait and see if the gms let us make them push characters?
Um.. guys, i hope this is ok with you all but i need to postpone the whole storyline for at least a week, maybe a bit more. Ive got a lot of rl stuff going on plus a few other rp storylines im right in the middle of, so this is just too much right now. Ill contact you all with a starting date eventually.
Your free to log in your characters and train of course, just dont start any real rp activities
btw i need those who havent contacted me yet to do so, so i know your still in.

How could they do that, when your "tribe" hasn't arrived yet?
Your initial idea was to have a group of characters arrive and claim a piece of land and set up a war camp (if not taking over a whole settlement).
Now having them arrive peu à peu, and maybe skill up in the crypts and graveyard, ruins the only original part of your proposal.
I won't even start about your "real rp activites" remark.

Well.. because a few already have, lol. I dont have control over people so i cant stop them logging on, though like you say it would be better if we all started at the same time etc. Im just being realistic
I will not start before next week, and I hope most of the others will also do so, logging in on our own spoils everything, the tribe needs a camp first, and then will discover the island.

Gms say no
Hmmm.. why?
i wouldn't push the whole tribe but at least the tribe leader and maybe 1 or two of his companions a bit, as it is hard to establish a long term plot if you have to log on for pg, like when you have a player char.
If the plotchars are npc's that are to deleted after the plot is done (even if that plot goes on for years) i dont see why not push them a bit.
You guys know it would've been much more exciting if you guys organised this thing someplace else, secretly pm'ing one of the gm's to help you, that way when you invade at prime time, there will be a real surprise, and not a whole town of coincedentially fully-armed guards, it will also be much funner for the civilians involved.
hmm, btw, if you are still looking for a camp, i may have the perfect suggestion for you. if anyone knows where the old theives hidout is, there is most of the require crafting tools, along with the a depot, fire place, and its well hidden. if anyone doesnt know where it is, just post a reply and ill inform you on it.
