Uh.. Objects disappearing from the hand?

Post by Ayla »

Alright.. Then. Just moments ago, I was doing the usual purchasing things here and there... I went to put a coin in Ayla's hand slot, the other one having a key there. The moment I put the coin in the EMPTY slot, the key suddenly poofed from the other hand into nonexistence...

I logged out and re-logged, thinking it might have just been a glitch, but nope... The key's good and gone.. Any ideas?

Oh sorry..

Julius is really quick. He does other things to.

Anyway, I want to point out that you can buy stuff without putting coins in the hand slot. :?

Maybe she wanted to use the coin in the hand so she'd have space in her inventory...?

Thanks Alex... Now, instead of pointless replies, I'd be happy for some actual technical help. ;)

That has happened before also, keys disappearing from the hand when something else is placed in the other hand, possibly a bug?

Something similar happens if a character has a one-handed object and a two-handed one upon creation and the two handed one is moved : the one handed one disappears. This happened to me with a druid char recently and I lost my sickle due to having a staff in my hands at the same time.

Maybe the two incidents are related in that unless they are both onehanded weapons or shields that you are only able to hold one thing at a time properly... Possible.
