yellow potion?

sometimes when making items I'm told I need a yellow potion for the next step. I've looked around at some of the merchants that sell potions, and the only potion I've found that looks yellow is a food potion...

will that work? or is there another merchant that I haven't found that sells a yellow potion thats used in crafting those items?

Note: Yellow Potion is Poison.

So I'm sure it should be illegal in some places
