Thank you mayor Dusty,
I really appreciate all the help you offer. That wont go forgotten!

For the moment, I would like to notify all members to send me a dove to confirm your activeness in the guild. By the end of this dwarven week, (in 4 days), anyone who has not confirmed will be rayed off the member list.
Thank you.
Once the guild building is constructed, I will have a reunion made to meet all members.

We also add a new member to our guild, lets welcome Rosendil.

We also introduce a fee to joining the guild, that will be of two silvers.
This fee will aid in bringing resources to the clan's stock.
If you cannot pay that fee, and still care to join, please contact us anyways, we may see what can be worked out.

That's it!

All the supplies are in.

All we need is to finish the silver and we can begin building!

Thanks everyone for making this a reality, and finally bringing some sheep and cows to Greenbriar.

Thank you Dusty!
We only need a few 150 silvers now!
I think that'll come quite fast.

A new load of silver has entered the stock.
We now only need 100 more to complete the building of the guild.
Once it is built, new rules will be set up,
the board will be cleaned and a fee to join the guild will arise.
Inactive members will be kicked out, and I shall try to keep it as active as I can.

I'd have some bad news for everyone.
Dusty has left the island, for an undetermined ammount of time, and has all the ressources with him. We cannot carry on the construction until he comes back.

Greetings fellow tailors, I am quite interested in this guild as I myself like to tailor. I am interested as to what this guild could offer. I would love to see this guild built and am thinking about helping to fund it as well.

Greetings all,

I am Falco Willowbottom a farmer and prospective tailor. I wonder if I might seek your help by joining your fine guild.

Yours

[OOC: This guild is inactive/terminated until PO Dusty decides otherwise. He has all the resources necessary to the construction of the guild, but the choice is now in his hand to continue it, give it to someone else, whatever he wants. I just posted that so people don't wait too long for an answer.

Hmmm.....

Seems Johnny has left the Isle.

We can't let the Tailoring Guild "Dye" out like this.

I'll assume leadership until we get a Guild hall built, and more Tailors in Gobiath. They are needed now more than ever.

I would like every member to sign this Parchment to announce if they still would like to be members or not.

I shall begin an inventory of our resources.
Thank you,
~Dusty

I will continue to help support this guild as much as I am able, as well as offering my own skills with needle and thread.

I am gathering a list of resources.

I would also like everyone to begin making 5-10 items of all types, especially dyes (20 each of those please). Donate them to the Guild so we can list them for sale and sell on Market day. Quality must be Average or better please.

We need armors, dyes, cloths, robes....anything a tailor can make and sell. I highly doubt average customers really know about the vast variety available to what they could wear. We will stockpile and list all items so they are available for customers.

After this initial stockpile, members of the guild will be repaid for any wares the Guild needs, but we must have some to start with first.

I will also post a regular day for "Tailor's Market" where all in Gobaith may come and buy/sell tailoring items. ((I am thinking Wednesdays maybe 11am & 11pm Central Standard Time, USA)). I'd like some thoughts.

Also, please send me a dove on your individual 'talents'. What are the most difficult items you can make? Titles within the Guild will be awarded on skill.

Thank you,
~Dusty

I have wonderful news!

The Tailoring Guild has made an agreement with the Farmer's Union to cooperate together.

This means that the new Guildhall will be built next to the Farmer's Union, we will buy Pigs which they can use, and we will use their sheep. They will grant us their Loom and spinning wheel, and we shall grant them use of our Tailor Table, Dye Barrel and other amenities.

This cooperation of Guilds will be of mutual benefit.

As a result, our first "Market Day" will be at the Farmer's Union in seven Dwarven Days ((Next Wednesday 4pm & Thursday 4am GMT))

I shall post our inventory soon. Prices shall be negotiable.

Look at the main Page for updates on our inventory and the Guildhall needs.

Thank you,
~Dusty

Due to problems collecting a suitable inventory to offer as well as business at the same time, I must delay our Market day by one dwarven week. ((Next Wednesday - June 6th))

It will be properly promoted prior to the day.
Hope to see you all there.

Greetings, my Guildfellows, all tailors, and tailors to be on the island.

As you may notice, my name might not be on the members list.
It was Mister Jhonny Lants promise, to not mention me directly,
because of my personal reasons and possibilities, that have changed heavyly over time,
since then.

Herewith i call out to all persons, still interested in the, final, establishment and bloom of this enterprise.
I myself wish not to be the headmaster if i not must,
because i am far from reaching the border of my abilities.

I wish not to receive donations from you, but need help in retrieval of resources, and quality approval of my finished goods.
Furthermore i am working on an Guild internal pricing list,
which i will send to every Guildmember interested, or person able to tell reasons.

The list consists in proposed prices of the raw materials, but not dyes,
and shows up some possibilities on final selling prices, in aspect of the quality.
I am already gathering a small staff of crafters to suspend us in tools and other service.

Please don`t write upon this parchment but, adress directly, to myself, and add some proposals.

Yours, in memory of those who walked these paths before us,
~A.V.~

PS: Soon will be spring.

~A.V.~

A dwarf walks up to the parchment, peers at it, and scratches her head thoughtfully. She reaches in her rucksack for a quill and ink.

'Greetin's. Me name is Mahe Ironhall, and while I dunno if I can yet call meself a proper tailor, I did make this hat I got here on me head--' she points at a mediocre slouch hat she's wearing-- 'and I would like to learn more. What does I have t' do to join this here guild, then?'

EDIT;
((deleted because of massive flammability,
and utterance of inhumane selfdespise;))

Here is some scrawl on the outside of a dried patch of leather,
two steps further is laying some cullet, and the smell of wine may be noticed.
