An odd question: Old Man Martial Artist Concept

Okay, I have an odd question about a concept. How would I create an old man martial artist character? I know that I'd have to put the age to the maximum and make him really short, but how would I configure the stats, and what package would I choose? I'd have to choose Bard, right? Because that include Wrestling. Anyhow, any help would be appreciated.

.. You can get wrestling even if it's not in your start pack. Get a pack that's useful..

Okay...but how would I configure the stats? I'm guessing high physical stats and moderate willpower, right?

I made one called Maoqi, erm...I forgot. I just made his will power high, high agility and dexterity. I also just chose a packet that gave him wrestling.

Moderate willpower from an rp aspect if you want, but it won't benefit you at all as far as getting wrestling skill is involved. But then again, if you're just working from an rp aspect, surely you can work out that yourself based on your character concept.
