Prelude
Throughout the cool misty night in Findos the words "Pure Blood" echoed in overwhelmingly depressing nightmare that started the moment Eli's eyes closed. Never before could Eli have imagined a more harrowing experience then death of his entire family ten years ago, but tonight the words of an elf gripped the one thing Eli had cherished since then, starting a new family. Just three days ago Kaila had reiterated from Duchan it might be progressively difficult for them to have children; they were both mages, racial differences, and now this phrase Pure Blood might add irreversible consequences. The truth had to be out their, certainly the chronically ill elf was not going to provide answers, so Eli decided the only thing to do was search the chronicles of the libraries of Trolls Bane, Varshikar, and of course the Magical Academy.
Prologue
*Eli dredges through every single book or manuscript he can find hoping that one might contain the answer he seeks, What is a Pure Blood? Tired of the nit picky gnome trying to steal his books and manuscripts Eli waves his wand and flies the books in front of him to the tavern for a change of scenery. It doesnt take long for a few people to stop by but none seem to know anything about Pure Bloods, but onward he reads.*
