Unable to play game

When I try to click play game on the download page or on my Start Menu it brings up a box stating Downloading Application. It gets about halfway and says it is "Unable to launch application." These are the details of the error:

These are my computer specs:

Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600)

Memory: 2048MB RAM

DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13 GHz(2 CPUs)

Please assist.

That doesn't look like much of a error log. Just reinstall the game client if you can and see if that works. Otherwise you'll have to wait for Nop or Nitram to get on tomorrow.

i think it has to be 6.0 update 3?

I'm trying to download the offline version again and install it.

What needs to be 6.0 version 3?

Wait...I installed it and ran play again. It didn't work but when I look at the second box it says "download stalled". I read in a different topic that I should wait about 30 minutes for it to pass. Maybe I'll try that.
