I took a picture from the site (the human picture) and made the sword greenish-blue. It was quite beautiful. But no matter what i did, i could not get the picture to 8k or less. How can i get the picture that small?!

You'd need to change it to a .gif or a .jpg.

Watch the size limit (80 x 80 pixel) too.

I use XnView, one thing I will do is reduce the number of colors, from 16 bit to 256 colors, etc.. until I get one that looks nice, and then you can even save it back up at the 16 bit and the size is smaller.

Well, I see your avatar over there so hard to say.

Although that 80x80 is not talking about the physical file size, but the image size itself. 80 pixels wide by 80 pixels tall is the limit.

I realized how to fix the problem. Now Microsoft Paint is messing the whole thing up. Sorry about that. I'm still tweaking it.

The only problem is that the forum background is two different colors. If you want to make it transparent, download a trial version of Paint Shop Pro 7 from www.jasc.com. It's easy to do as well.
