Sunherbs?

After the craft update I never found sunherbs again. I can find fir seedlings and anger berries, so my skill level is pretty high. It used to be that sunherbs could be found in farmland and patches of sunflowers, but they just aren't there anymore. Are they gone entirely or am I missing something?

The only way I knew to get them was from sunflowers, as far as I know, you can no longer pick anything from the sunflowers.

You definitely used to be able to get them from using a sickle on farmland. Sometimes you got a sunherb, sometimes a yellow weed and sometimes nothing. This doesn't work anymore and neither does the sunflower patch. Am I not looking in the right place? Or are they gone now?

I don't know about sunherbs specifically, but I've noticed certain plants in certain areas have a certain plant, but those same plants in another geographic area yield something different.

I believe sunherbs must also be hidden, and I would just try different plants in different places.

I have also noticed that the seasons affect not only crops, but herbs too. Maybe sunherbs only sprout in summer?
