Das Baiyan Handelshaus verkündet mit Stolz die Abschließung folgendes Vertrags:
Vertrag
über den Posten eines Wirtes in der Fluffy Sheep Taverne in Trolls Bane
gelegen im Süden der Stadt am Südufer des Flusses
zwischen
Andril, im folgenden Eigentümer genannt
und
Lady Baiyan, Vertreterin des Baiyan Handelshauses, im folgenden Wirt genannt
1. Lohn wie auch Pacht entfallen in beiderseitigem Einverständnis.
2. Der Wirt erhält für den Zeitraum des Arbeitsvertrages die volle Verfügungsmacht über jedwedes Inventar und Einbauten.
3. Der Wirt ist nicht verpflichtet Reparaturen an dem Inventar oder dem Gebäude selbst durchzuführen, sofern die Schäden nicht durch Eigenverschulden zustande kamen
4. Der Arbeitsvertrag kann beiderseits mit einer Frist von je 3 Zwergenmonaten beendet werden.
5. Vertragsänderrungen müssen dem Wirt vorgelegt werden, sollte dieser mit den Änderrungen nicht einverstanden sein, steht das sofortige Beenden des Arbeitsverhältnisses frei
6. Sollten die Schlösser durch Fahrlässigkeit Wirtes ausgewechselt werden müssen, muss der Wirt den Schaden ersetzten. Wann dies der Fall ist entscheidet der Besitzer.
7. Dem Wirt ist es untersagt von Silberbrand verbannten Kriminellen Unterschlupf zu gewähren oder diese die Taverne betreten zu lassen.
8. Andere Personen dürfen ohne Genehmigung des Besitzers nicht länger als 3 Tage (( 1 RL Tag )) in der Taverne festgehalten werden
9. Sollte der Wirt in Silberbrand straffällig geworden sein steht es dem Eigentümer frei selbigen sofort von seinen Pflichten zu entbinden
10. Dem Baiyan Handelshaus wird, vorerst neben allen eingetragenen Bürgern des Königreiches Silberbrand, das alleinige Handelsrecht im Tavernengebäude eingeräumt
11. Dem Wirt steht es frei jedwede Person aus den Räumen der Taverne zu verweisen, sofern sich diese nicht mehr tragbar verhält, jedoch kann der Wirt für eine solche Entscheiden notfalls durch das Gericht zu Silberbrand zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden
12. Der Wirt hat Verträge zwischen Silberbrand und Troll´s Bane oder anderen Reichen zu achten.
13. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt darf dem Eigentümer, Seiner Majestät dem König zu Silberbrand oder einem persönlichen Gast der beiden der Zutritt zur Taverne verwehrt bleiben.
14. Der Wirt hat für das Wohl der Gäste zu Sorgen, wird diese Pflicht vernachlässigt kann der Wirt fristlos entlassen werden.
15. Dem Wirt steht es frei Personen zu benennen, die ebenfalls in der Taverne handeln dürfen.
Mit der Unterschrift beider Parteien tritt der Vertrag in Kraft

The Baiyan Trading Company proudly announces the arrangement of the following contract:
Contract
about the position of landlord of the Fluffy Sheep Tavern in Trolls Bane, located at the south end of the town, on the south banks,
between
Andril, called owner in the following
and
Lady Baiyan, Representative and owner of the Baiyan Trading Company, called landlord in the following.
1. By mutual consent, lease and fee won't be paid.
2. The landlord holds the full authority to dispose the inventory and belongings of the tavern, during his period in office.
3. The landlord does not have to repair damaged inventory or parts of the building, as long as the damage wasn't taken due to his or her fault.
4. The contract may be cancelled with a period of 3 dwarven months.
5. Changes in the contract, must be seen by the landlord. If he isn't allright with those, he is free to imediatly withdraw from his position.
6. If any locks will have to be replaced, due to the misbehavior of the landlord, he will have to bear the damage. In which cases this is, may be chosen by the owner.
7. The landlord may not give shelter to criminals, which are banned from Silverbrand territory, neither let them enter the tavern,
8. Persons my not be kept inside the tavern for longer then 3 dwarven days by the landlord, if not agreed by the owner.
9. If the landlord commits any crime to or on Silverbrand territory, the owner may imediatly cancel this contract.
10. The Baiyan Trading Company holds the exclusive right to trade inside the tavern or on tavern territory. Registered citizens of Silverbrand may also trade there, for now.
11. The landlord is free to expel guests from the territory of the tavern, if those behave unwearably. However, Silverbrand's court may make the landlord accountable for such a desicion.
12. The landlord has to keep his mind on contracts between Silverbrand and Troll's Bane or other nations.
13. The landlord is not allowed to refuse to let the owner, his Majesty, King of Silverbrand, or one of their personal guests enter.
14. The landlord has to care for the guests. If he doesn't do so, he may be thrown out of his position by the owner imediatly.
15. The landlord is free, to name persons how may also trade on the territory of the tavern.
This contract becomes valid with the signatures of the two parties.
