To all the Citizens of Trollsbane
To the Rulers of other Towns or Nations
And to whomever else it may concern

Greetings

Sir Dantagon and myself reached an agreement after some negotiations. He has done a very admirable thing, and is willing to give up on all claims of Governorship and recognizes me as the only and legitimate Governor of our city. I shall begin by reorganising the guard, drafting a new legal- and citizenshipsystem and by setting up a functioning administration. Ladies and Gentlemen, keep an open mind. There will be some changes, I assure you.

I am deeply disappointed of Dantagon Marescot! He betrayed his voters with selling off his votes to Edward Cromwell.

No personal words from Dantagon yet, why he did and what he got for that...

Under this circumstances, a final ballot had be the right way to decide the election and not such unfathomable deal.
Dantagon, if you never wanted to become Governor, you had to tell us before!

Midrusio, do not be so rash to jump to conclusions. I am most certain that his actions were far from a betrayal to his voters. There are surely reasons for the decisions taken by Sir Marescot, as he has always been a cautious and judicious man, especially when it comes to decisions.

Additionally, as Governor Cromwell has already claimed, there was an agreement reached by the two. It was not simply giving all leadership to him without anything in return.

I personally hope we will hear more about this agreement.

I don't like the decision, but I will accept it.

Don't forget that a main duty in your new role is
- to make this town a save place for their citizens
- find and punish the murders of the previous governor

Midrusio,

I know it seems as though I have turned my back on people, but do not jump to conclusions. At the same time I will accompish the ultimate goal of protecting and providing for Trolls Bane in a different way. If I would have turned my back on the voters completely then I would by no means be still involved with the goverment of Trolls Bane. I promise you that good will come in the end even if it seems misjudged at the moment.

Sometimes the best way to find the truth of what has and will happen is to wait.
