I did send Serpardum a PM telling him that.
He said: "It seems you are banned anyway, so it doesn't matter."

Okay, so what is it then? The accusations wouldn't have come up without Crocket's complaints. Therefore, were the logs actually looked at? Sort of, but as I look at the eveidence, I see there isn't enought proof. I've heard your yelling at the ignorance of some including myself. Yes, I know he is not immediately banned because Crocket, but it wouldn't have even been given a single though had he not said anything. So what is interpreted from the log files?

Log files at least contain every word ever spoken in Illarion. I don't know if they contain anything else, like player-player attacks, but it's possible that they do.

Yes, of course would noone ever have looked into those files if there was noone who accused Randelf of violating rules.
But it's like that: If he did it, he deserves being banned. If not then there will be no negative results for Randelf. So this endless discussion wheather it's a lie or not is completely senseless. If Crocked is really a liar, then he might be the one who is banned.

If you are leaving, I will miss you too, Randy ... I doubt Randy would have done anything against rules, he was a nice dwarf ...

What happend, was basically a accident. I did kill Crocket, but not on purpose. After a human complained of being killed, I chased after the human, and me, being slow and all didn't manage to find him. I thought that Crocket was the human. The human that killed several people last night, kept logging in and out of the game. So, I did kill Crocket. I did kill him a couple of times. I don't believe it was twenty times however. I thought, by killing him, he would not be able to log out, then log in in ten minutes and kill more people. I should of got the number, and it was a big mistake. I have talked this over with Crocket, and he has forgiving me. I will understand if I am banned. I would rather be put in prison for an hour however...

I don't think we have a prison any longer...
Or a prison island...

Well, if it's any consolation, I'm sure Crocket was asking for it...
After all, I am sure Tialdin wouldm't admit you to SilverBrand without being honourable in some way.

Let it be known that from this day forward I have no fault with Randelf, and ask that this topic be ended here.

In other words, you did Multi-Kill another Character without even knowing if this was your so called "Target" ?
Uhm, i dont know who you are, but you are not a GM.

If someone kills, logs out and logs back in to kill again. Write a eMail to violations@illarion.org ! Thats not that difficlt as it sounds.

Yes, I understand that.
I made a mistake, Crocket knows it, and I know it.
I mistakened him for someone else.

Also, GM's don't kill people.
They could if they mistakened it for someone else.

I only hope you learned from it.
You should really be more careful with what you do.
You killed my char once by accident when you tried to push me out of the way, even though I didn't even block the way. After this occurance a friend of yours was running around saying you don't dare to log in because of some imaginative blood lusty people. Now it really concerns me to see that you behave exactly the same.

That was you? I never really did apoligize from that. So I am sorry. I am sorry for all the trouble I caused Crocket, and you. I did learn from my mistakes. And both, were all accidental. I never ment to kill anyone on purpose. I just wish that my skills were back, and my items were back, and I were jailed for an hour straight, or two. I have spent about 300 ingots on the training hall in Silberbrand, so I don't wish to be banned. However, if I am banned I would understand. Again, sorry, and I hope you all understand...

Randelf, I have already forgotten what happened this day. Of course it's never funny to die because of such a dumb reason, but it's over and forgotten.

I do not know for sure if it is over.
Bombor is speaking telling others if I really am a killer.
I still could be banned. I wish this were all forgotten, and I had all skills and items back. I do not know for sure what will happen in the future. I believe this is for Serpardum to decide. Or another GM for that matter.

He is merely asking. And you did kill, you personally admitted it.
Blaming Bombor for trying to make some sense out of this is not very nice, after all, its not his fault is it?

I did not try to make it sound like I'm blaming Bombor.
I don't blame Bombor for asking if I were a killer. Silberbrand is important to a lot of dwarfs. I would of done the same thing. I'm just saying that he needs to know from others if I am a killer. I don't blame him for that at all.

Galdriel wrote: to my informations he is not banned.
but some charakters had to be banned latly, since they were bugged and made the server crash
Serpardum wrote:Well, your items can be replaced, I had actually sent a PM asking what day you lost the items so I could resotre your char, but it seems that you have been banned for multi killing anyway, so is a moot point.
Neither sounds very clear on who made the ban. Maybe it would be more simple if the one who banned him clearly stated why he banned Randelf.

Since your character is no longer banned, I restored your skills and items from what backup we had.

Incidently: I never did ban your character, I just saw he was banned.

You were multi killing. There is no reason to repeatedly kill someone. Unless they keep running up to you to try to kill you of course. Other than that, there is *no* reason. What you did is a bannable offense. And by your own mouth you admitted it.

At this point I am not going to ban you for it, but I can't speak for any other GM.

I can say, however, don't do it again.

Thank you Serpardum.
I have learned my lesson. As I said before, I'm sorry, and I did not do it on purpose. Thanks for ending all this...
