My Skills are down to 0!

Today, as I was wandering the town, the server went down.
This happend about five times. When I logged in, I saw that all my items were gone. I thought maybe that was it, however, I grabbed a shovel, and used it on the rock. That is when it read: "You find nothing but rocks and dirt." When I finally got iron coal and ore, I found out that I can only make items that a newcomer can make. Can anyone fix this bug?!

Were all your skills back down to zero? Or just some of them?

All my skills have been set to 0.
I was a master smith, and now I can't even manage to get iron ore and coal.

As stated in the other thread, Randelf, if you tell em the day that your items went down to 0 I can restore your items/skills, etc.. But it appears that Randelf is banned anyway.
