Internet explorer sais there is something wrong with the sites security certificate, and I can either pick
1. Continue to the website (not recommended)
2. Close this webpage (recommended).

Is there a virus or anything on that part of the website?

It's fine. You can change your security settings or add the site to the list of exceptions or something I recall, but don't worry, no virus

IE defines every certificate (which is necessary to establish a secure http connection, https) of servers which did NOT pay something to microsoft as insecure and recommends you to close them.

What really happens is that you establish a secure (encrypted) connection to the server in order to not give away your password to easily to everyone who tries to steal it.

So, illarion.org simply didn't pay some money to Bill Gates, therefore IE decided to not declare it a secure source. That's it.
