2*3 Leder + 1*1 Leder + 3 Garn + 1*1 Leder+ 3 Garn + 2*2 Leder + 2 Garn -> 1 Ledertasche

Can someone remove the text in english from the title then? Its indecypherable and gives the impression that the proposal is written in english as well.
sorry for pushing this up...but i think that our economy is really suffering....and i mean REALLY!!
most persons who wants to get money are working for NPCs!
the only really need that our players have are following - in my opinion:
building materials and the things they need to work for the NPCs (for example leather and thread)!
But let's look in our real life economy: you have problems to find someone who is offering that...the persons offer clothes and many other things, but not THAT!
In my opinion there are two - of course more - ways to handle that situation:
1. the wearout is increased much..and i mean MUCH
2. the production should become more more difficult (thats the reason why i push that thread up)
The economie is a problem. The reason for this is. We are more producers then consumers. The things that are made are mainly not needed by the player characters.
Thats the whole problem but sadly thats just as it work in Online Games. I don't see away to change this.
umm..."more producers than consumers"..i hope you dont think that, if we are more players, that we have more consumers..
but..why cant we make the production not as easy as it is at the moment?
we have more producers than consumers, so we can care for it that the producers produce as much as from other players - not NPCs - is needed!

Wrong More players will increase the amount of producers as well. And the count of producers will raise more then the amount of consumers does.

Keep in mind that the production got alot more difficult and expensive. I think the point of the crafting system we have right now is pretty good.

As example: Do you really think IG some players would be a really crappy newbie helmet from a new smith player if he can get a much better helmet from another player? I tell you the answer. The player will buy the better helmet. To consider anything else is just wrong.
in reality noone, but really noone of us, could make a helmet that is sellable..so you have to learn from a master..i think that this combination Newbie<->Master is a lot more important than offering many traders which are buying the things...keep it realistic..please...it is the ONLY way to solve our problem
Im having a hard time finding armors to a decent pirce. If the good quality goods was cheaper, there would be more consumers. Most people are using poor gear atm, because everything is so expensive. Lets sell poor gear to NPC's and the good to the players.
what we need most, is not a change in production systems, but a change in using.
a bucket has to get leaky, after using it enough times.
and crafting itself has to use up the clothing you wear.

Just to give you an impression, it took me around 30 ingots of iron and 15 leather to make a platemail armour (just the top bit)
Don't expect a cheap price for armour, it takes ages, has a lot of failure chances and takes a good bit of skill to make.
