The Rules state that if during a server crash, items are lost, we do not get them back.
What if the opposite happens? What if items are 'cloned' (as in, you give an item to a player, the player gets logged out), then the server crashes.
Do we get to keep the cloned items? or do we have to dispose of them?

The story is this
A person gave me some items, and later on I got kicked by the server (twice).
He however did not log off, until the server crashed. So now I have a clone of the items, and so does he.
Should one of us delete them?
(give them back to whom?)

Giving back to him, if you got money AND item and he got nothing 'cause of the crash.
In your case both of you should delete those things you wouldn't have normally.
