Huge Problem

You may be think that everything I reached until now not has been much, but for me it has been much.
My problem:
I logged in after the Server had some problems again.
I got sent to the Point where you get alive when you've created a new CHaracter.
I had no Equipment, no Skills, nothing in the Depotchest...
Absolutely nothing.

May be you can help me.

Correction: I had the Equipment everybody has.
Well, it seems like I got a completely new Character...simply with my name...

At the time the server crashed, had that been your first ever visit to Illarion, ie had you not logged off before the server crashed.
If you had not, then your data was simply not saved and proves as a valuable lesson-
Don't stay on Illarion for too long a time, simply log off and then on again, and you should be safe in future.
