Names and Numbers - How?

Hi, I've forgotten how to show people's names or numbers IG on the screen, there used to be a button you pressed for them to show on screen but I've forgotten it.

I would have searched for this, but I haven't a clue as to what I would put in the search field.

I think it's either F12 or F8. I'd try it out myself... if there were any people nearby... ;_;
