Getting annoyed with GMT

Everyone's GMT has moved forward. England is at GMT+1. Germany is at GMT+2. I know a lot of people who haven't taken note of this. E.g. this last quest started 9pm GMT+1, not GMT.

I have forum time set at GMT -5 and was GMT -6 before our daylight saving time started..............which would mean the quest starts in roughly a half hour from now. Is this no longer correct?

Yes, this quest did start an hour early, which is a little annoying.
