mm... maybe when we caught "cold" we can't speak properly? So only a few words gets changed into "*" but only when we are talking, listening should stays perfect.

It's server coded, and "ignoring" it with emotes would be kinda disturbig.
Anyhow, everybody knows that colds turn into pneumonias when not treated.
